DON'T BE SILENCED, SAY NO TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
There are many programs to help victims of domestic violence. If victims ask for help, many programs will help them.

Crime Bill ProgramThrough the Crime Bill Programs, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) provides shelters and housing to victims of domestic violence. Also, if the victim wants to assume a new identity and social security number, the Social Security Administration can change their SSN. At that time, the victim must bring a witness and evidence which can prove that he/she is a victim of domestic violence.

Black Dot CampaignThis campaign enables victims who cannot ask for help verbally, to ask for help with a simple black dot. The victim simply draws a black dot on their hands and agencies, family, friends, community centers, doctors and hospitals can recognize that this person needs help. This campaign was started in September in the U.K. After one week, the campaign was spread out to 5 million people and successfully prevent the abuse of 49 people.
